At  the moment we are only doing domestic, but we will be expanding if there is enough demand.

I entered in the incorrect address; what do I do?

Please contact us right away; we begin processing orders immediately but may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.

Where is my package?

Please check the associated tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any inquires on the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through the tracking number.

My package was lost/stolen; what do I do?

If you feel that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please contact us at [email protected]

Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?

We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted.

What if an item I order goes out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
